Just a quick one to say that I've added a printer friendly version of FORGE v1.0.2 with the following alterations:

• Removed background on front and rear cover. 
• Altered image on front cover.
• Removed blue bars from section headings.
• Removed blue boxes around page numbers.

Thank you to pēteris for bringing this to my attention on Discord, and apologies to anyone that has already wasted good ink printing the main version at home!
